Return Policy
We want you to feel confident when purchasing tires from GBA Tires.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery or pickup for a refund of the eligible returned tire purchase price, subject to the conditions below.
Contact Us Before Returning Tires
Before returning any tires, email services@gba-tires.ca and include your order number and the reason for the return. Please do not send or drop off tires until GBA Tires confirms the return instructions and authorized return location.
The authorized return location may be:
- GBA Tires: 4216 12 St NE #10B, Calgary, AB T2E 6K9; or
- A designated mechanic shop identified in our return-confirmation email.
Returns are accepted in person at the location confirmed by GBA Tires.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for return, tires must be:
- Unused and not installed or mounted
- In the same condition as when they were sold
- Free from damage, marks, wear, or modification
- Returned with original labels and packaging where applicable
Return Method
Eligible returns for orders that were picked up or installed in person must be made in person at the return location confirmed by GBA Tires.
If your eligible original order was delivered by GBA Tires, contact us before returning the tires. GBA Tires will arrange to pick up the eligible tires, so you do not need to bring them to the return location.
We do not accept customer-arranged returns by mail or courier.
Please note that original delivery fees are non-refundable, as delivery is a service completed at the time of purchase.
Refunds
After the returned tires are received and inspected, approved refunds will be initiated to the original payment method within five business days. Please allow up to 10 days after receipt and inspection for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Returnable Items
- Tires that have been installed or mounted
- Tires that have been used or driven on
- Tires damaged after delivery or pickup
- Tires with missing or altered labels, where applicable
